Experience Something Special – A Captain’s Table at NCI

Our catering services are an asset for our students to hone their understanding of culinary arts and put it into applicable practice. To ensure NCI’s high standards are met every time for every event, our award-winning chef instructors oversee and mentor our students in all aspects of menu planning and production.

National Culinary Institute’s Captain’s Table is located in the kitchen allowing you and your guests the opportunity to watch your meal being prepared. As each course is presented, the students who prepared the dish will provide an explanation of the ingredients and origin.

The Captain’s Table is ideal for groups of six to ten people.

This dining experience includes six-course custom dinners and starts at $60 per person. Three-course custom lunches start at $35 per person. Wines and beer are available for an additional charge.
